When safety, quality, and regulatory compliance matter, ASME Certification is the global benchmark that manufacturers and customers trust. The ASME Certification Mark (The MARK) is recognized worldwide as a symbol of engineering excellence, public safety, and consistent quality. Companies that use parts and products bearing The MARK demonstrate a commitment to meeting the highest standards in fabrication, inspection, and performance.
At The Rose Corporation, the ASME Certification Mark is used to indicate that stamped products conform to the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC), the Bioprocessing Equipment (BPE) Standard, and the Reinforced Thermoset Plastic Corrosion-Resistant Equipment (RTP-1) Standard. These certifications help ensure compliance with laws and regulations in nearly all U.S. states and Canadian provinces. In addition, more than 100 countries worldwide recognize the ASME BPVC as an accepted means of meeting government safety regulations.
As a leader in large-scale custom metal fabrication, The Rose Corporation maintains strict quality systems, documented procedures, and ongoing inspections to ensure that every project meets or exceeds code requirements. Our ASME certifications give customers confidence that their equipment is designed, manufactured, and tested according to internationally recognized standards.
Why ASME Certification Matters
ASME certification verifies that a manufacturer’s quality management system, engineering practices, fabrication methods, and inspection procedures meet the requirements established by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. This is especially critical for industries that rely on pressure vessels, boilers, power piping, and pressure-
retaining equipment, including:
- Industrial manufacturing
- Energy and power generation
- Chemical processing
- Food and beverage processing
- Pharmaceutical and bioprocessing
- Infrastructure and utilities
By working with an ASME-certified fabricator, customers reduce risk, improve safety, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining long-term reliability and performance.
The Rose Corporation’s ASME Certifications
ASME U Stamp – Pressure Vessel Manufacturing
- Engineering design and documentation
- Material control and traceability
- Welding procedures and welder qualifications
- Fabrication methods and workmanship
- Inspection, testing, and quality records
ASME S Stamp – Power Boilers and Pressure Retaining Parts
The ASME S Stamp authorizes The Rose Corporation to fabricate power boilers, power piping, and ASME pressure-retaining parts in accordance with Section I of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Like the U Stamp, this certification is earned through a comprehensive review of our quality assurance system by an independent third-party inspection agency under ASME’s Conformity Assessment Program.
The S Stamp demonstrates our capability to deliver safe, reliable equipment for demanding industrial and energy applications. Customers benefit from certified manufacturing processes that support code compliance, operational safety, and long-term performance in high-pressure and high-temperature environments.
National Board R Stamp – Repairs and Alterations
In addition to ASME certifications, The Rose Corporation holds a Certificate of Authorization and the National Board “R” Symbol Stamp. This certification authorizes us to perform the repair and/or alteration of boilers, pressure vessels, and other pressure-retaining equipment.
The R Stamp ensures that all repairs and modifications are performed in compliance with National Board and ASME requirements, including proper documentation, inspection, and traceability. This provides customers with confidence that repairs meet regulatory standards and extend the safe operating life of critical equipment.
